As a Lead Host, you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and create a lively, organized atmosphere that keeps guests excited to return. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable guest experience and smooth daily operations. Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits Manage reservation systems Resy Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in training and mentoring new hosts to uphold service standards and hospitality excellence Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and well-prepared Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated Requirements Proven experience as a host or hostess in a fine dining restaurant.
