At Charity Game Changer we strive to have the most reputable, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for our staff and guests. Our Game Host/esses are responsible for making our guests feel at home. They ensure our guests understand how to play in our sweepstakes and explain our current promotions. We believe in giving back to our Community. We offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase and the ability to earn excellent tips and bonuses Duties Greet guests and make them feel at home. Directs guests by escorting them to our products. Assist guests by providing information on our products. Accurately process all payments. Use judgment to solve guest problems. Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment. Maintains scheduling commitments. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age 3+ years in hospitality industry or relevant experience preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to problem solve as issues arise Excellent cash handling Basic mathematical skills Strong attention to detail TABC Certificate Food Handlers Permit Pass background check Lift up to 50 lbs Standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, etc.
