Restaurant Attendant Chick-fil-A | Walnut Avenue Full-time Part-time $13.00 - $15.00 per hour 1031 South Walnut Avenue, New Braunfels, TX, US, 78130 Description The role of the Dining Room Host is to welcome all guests into our restaurant, build meaningful relationships and cater to the needs of our guests. The Dining Room host will maintain a clean and safe environment, ensure that the restaurant is always guest ready. This role will assist our operation team to be more efficient and provide the speed of service and quality products our guests expect.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Smile / Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Consistency and reliability Servant Spirit with a strong sense of stewardship Honesty/Integrity Prior restaurant | customer service experience is not required but is preferred. Cheerful and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Works well in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace Ability to work with little supervision

Greet all Guests in a cheerful manner Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence Contribute a positive attitude to staff morale Make Emotional Connections with Guests Maintain a clean Dining Room for guests Stock products into proper storage areas Maintain clean and dry walkways Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Deliver quality customer experience.
