About the Role Neighbor is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Host Success Agent to help commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on our platform. Some examples of Host Success Agent workstreams include:
Google Maps:
Scheduling and executing several dozen phone calls each day to help property owners create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings.Signage:
Selling property owners on the value of Neighbor signage, sending customized signs to those who are interested, and tracking the performance of those signs over time.Listing Optimization:
Helping high-potential property owners improve their listings by educating them on the value of smart pricing, strong photos, reviews, clear descriptions, etc. This position is equal parts customer service representative and operations specialist. If you enjoy direct customer service and have an eye for making processes more efficient and effective, this role could be for you. Primary Responsibilities Schedule and execute phone calls with property owners to help them create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings. Note that this responsibility will account for 50-75% of your time. Improve Google Maps pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, review solicitation, etc.). Help scale Neighbor's signage program by distributing signs to property owners. Act as Neighbor's front line of communication with property owners, helping them improve their listings to attract more renters. Propose solutions to make Host Success initiatives more efficient and effective. Qualifications Required At least one year of work experience. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, particularly over the phone, in a professional, neighborly manner. Ability to follow a process while also spotting ways to improve it. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work without significant oversight. Nice to haves Interest in local SEO, marketplaces, or marketing. Experience building AI workflows.
