Job Description
Position Summary The PT Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and supporting efficient restaurant operations. This role helps ensure prompt, courteous service while maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their tables. Manage dining reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow. Coordinate special requests, parties, and guest accommodations as needed. Provide menus and communicate restaurant information to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room areas, host stands, serving stations, and tables. Monitor and replenish dining room supplies, including linens and service items. Assist with beverage preparation and help expedite food orders when necessary. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide excellent customer service. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
