Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to ensure efficient service. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Utilize POS systems for guest orders. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
