Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies that align with current digital marketing trends including SEO, keyword research, and social media content marketing. Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and new media editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.

Experience in sales, livestreaming, hosting, on-air/broadcast, acting, content creation, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is a plus. You'll host live shopping events, showcase exciting products, interact with viewers in real time, and create short-form content for TikTok and other social platforms—all while building valuable experience in the rapidly growing world of social commerce. This is an on-site position, candidates must be able to commute to Bellevue, WA for work.

Responsibilities:

Present and host videos in an engaging and charismatic manner Produce engaging and creative short videos for various platforms Maintain a dynamic on-camera presence and adapt to different content styles Work closely with the content team to align videos with overall content strategy.

Requirements:

Strong public speaking abilities to engage and captivate an audience. Comfortable in front of the camera with excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving trends in video content and social media. Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for live streams. Strong organizational skills to plan and prepare content in advance. Familiarity with social media; understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube functionality. Prefered Proven experience as a Tik-Tok influencer, live host, or content creator with a portfolio demonstrating engaging video production and social media management skills. Strong proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and media performance analytics platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO optimization, social listening tools, Facebook Advertising, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences through social media content creation and live interactions. Ability to analyze social media data to optimize content strategies effectively while maintaining a keen eye for branding consistency.
