From our award-winning Washington wines to Drive Row Hard Cider and Monson Ranch Distillers, you'll help represent three growing brands while creating experiences our guests won't forget. We are seeking a Tasting Room Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our Woodinville team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing great products, and creating memorable experiences. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create an exceptional tasting experience. Educate guests about our wines, ciders, spirits, vineyards, and story. Recommend wines, ciders, spirits, and food pairings while confidently suggesting bottles, cases, and club memberships. Build authentic relationships that encourage Wine Club and Cider Club memberships. Process retail sales accurately using our point-of-sale system. Assist with opening and closing duties and daily tasting room operations. Restock merchandise, wine, cider, and supplies while maintaining attractive displays. Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. Support winery events, club releases, and special events both on and off site. Assist with light social media content by capturing photos and videos of guests, events, and new releases when requested. Work collaboratively with teammates to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and fellow staff. What We're Looking For Previous hospitality, tasting room, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide variety of guests. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Sales-minded with the ability to recommend products naturally and confidently. Basic computer and POS experience. Commerce7 experience is a plus but not required. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess (or be able to obtain) a Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handler's Card. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods. Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
