Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as
Follows:
Responsible for new client registration/sales Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner Resolve client concerns using a professional approach Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check-in students on the attendance tracking system Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area Greet everyone with a smile and make them feel at home! Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems Maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid with
CPR-C, AED
