The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a resort or hotel setting is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. A background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
