The Front Office Agent plays a key role in creating a "larger than home" experience for our guests while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. The hotel is conveniently located off I-880 in Newark , with an easy commute from Fremont, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas and San Jose, and Minutes from Tesla Fremont Factory and major Silicon Valley employers. Key Responsibilities As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Greet guests and complete the check-in process, including verifying information, assigning rooms, and issuing keys Handle guest check-out, billing, and payment processing accurately (cash, credit, debit, etc.) Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and efficiently Manage guest requests, messages, and special accommodations Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue Handle guest concerns and complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, audit standards, and operational policies Assist with bar/lounge (Hyatt Place Gallery/Bar) operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Qualifications Minimum 2 year of experience at a branded hotel Experience with

Schedule and Availability Requirements:
Flexible and open to work any of the following shifts: Saturday and Sunday AM (7am to 3pm) Saturday and Sunday PM (3pm to 11pm) Will be assigned 2 shifts/week from any of the above.
