Main Responsibilities:
Greets guests and owners on arrival. Check in/out guests. Generates folio and collects payments. Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls. The hourly rate for this role is between $20.62 -$20.70 based on experience What are we looking for: A professional demeanor. Basic computer skills. Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.
