Lobby Attendant Engage Hospitality - 1.0 Broomfield, CO Job Details Full-time $19 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Outdoor work experience Full Job Description Position Summary The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public areas of the hotel. This position ensures guests are welcomed into a clean, safe, and inviting environment by cleaning and maintaining the lobby, public restrooms, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and other common areas while providing exceptional guest service consistent with Hyatt brand standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, entrance, hallways, elevators, public restrooms, and other public areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and furniture. Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners. Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, tissue, and other amenities. Maintain cleanliness of employee break rooms and back-of-house common areas, as assigned. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs promptly. Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service calls. Assist with lobby setup for meetings or special events, as directed. Ensure walkways and entrances remain clean and free of debris. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain housekeeping carts and supply closets in a clean and organized manner. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Provide courteous and professional service to all guests and team members. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemical safety. Physical Requirements Frequently stand and walk for extended periods. Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and carts. Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Working Conditions Fast-paced hotel environment. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.
