The NEW Towneplace Suites Colorado Springs I-25 South is seeking hospitality professionals to serve our guests in the role of guest services agent. Day, evening and overnight shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm sincere smile and attentive service. Perform service functions related to reservations, guest registration, and revenue collection. Evaluate information and act promptly to ensure guest safety, security and satisfaction. Deliver true hospitality and find opportunities to exceed the guest's expectations. Resolve service challenges to the satisfaction of the guest, always with empathy and kindness. Monitor and effectively operate hotel computer, phone and safety systems. Fully complete required checklists and logs to ensure smooth hotel operation. Maintain all public areas to provide an excellent guest impression from arrival to departure. Efficiently sell hotel rooms for current and future dates to maximize revenue opportunities. Effectively communicate with other team members and management.
