Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Hotel Guest Services Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly with a positive attitude, ensuring resolution aligns with hotel standards Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems and update guest records accurately Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or via email, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality expertise Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations or hotel management roles, preferably with resort or luxury hotel experience Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or comparable platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest concerns proactively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is preferred Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone communication and client interaction Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality reservation systems will be considered an asset Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
