Strong understanding of hotel Front Desk operations and guest service expectations. Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record. Professional appearance, communication style, and demeanor. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns. Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling reservations, payments, room assignments, and guest accounts. Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management. Flexible availability to work varying hotel shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
