Job Description
Night Auditor - Job Responsibilities Perform night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and hotel financial transactions. Balance and reconcile daily revenue reports , including room charges, payments, and cash transactions. Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management. Check in and check out guests during overnight shifts. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner . Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized and secure overnight. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Conduct security walks of the property when required. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and hotel operations. Assist with early morning guest requests and shift handover to the morning front desk team. Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred . Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS). Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills. Ability to work overnight shifts (10PM - 6AM) Good customer service and communication skills.
