Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent at the front desk during the second shift! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services with a friendly demeanor Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism and clarity Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, special requests, and providing local information to enhance their stay Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are addressed swiftly Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hospitality management systems, night audit procedures, and hotel management software Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Ability to work second shift hours reliably while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude Familiarity with guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices Previous experience in guest relations or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
