Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Assist guests with check-in, check-out, room assignments, and billing procedures efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, resolving issues with a focus on guest relations and service excellence Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including night audits when required Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Excellent phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle customer service challenges with patience and problem-solving acumen Previous experience in resort environments is a plus, along with guest relations expertise Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that leave lasting impressions!
