It is our priority at all times is to engage with guests in a caring and positive manner, using active listening skills to understand the needs and wants of guests - wherever possible, getting to know them and their preferences on a personal level. The Agent is a key contact person and resource for guests throughout their stay and should demonstrate creative problem solving. Also plays the important role of ensuring that guest departures are a smooth process by taking the opportunity to address any guest issues or concerns they may have had during their stay. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service role required. Detail-oriented. Comfortable with technology and good computer skills. Ability to handle basic financial transactions. Professional appearance and demeanor required
