Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems such as OPERA or PMS platforms Handle guest inquiries and requests via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing prompt, courteous solutions Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing hospitality reservation systems to confirm bookings and accommodate special requests Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Respond swiftly to guest concerns or emergencies by following hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety and satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly with diverse guests Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms is preferred Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a hospitality environment Ability to handle night audit functions and perform administrative tasks accurately during late shifts Previous resort experience or working in a high-volume hotel environment is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
