Guest Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customer experience strategies to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies Monitor customer service performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management Develop and lead training programs to ensure the customer service team is knowledgeable and well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues
