Front Desk Associate (Morning/Afternoon Shift)

Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate has previous hotel experience, is comfortable using computers, and can multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude. Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and inquiries. Process reservations using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS). Print receipts, invoices, and guest documentation. Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and email communication. Restock the breakfast area during the morning shift. Clean the breakfast area after breakfast service, including wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping floors. Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel laundry while monitoring the front desk. Assist with other hotel operational duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or hotel hospitality experience is required. Experience with a hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Excellent customer service and phone communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties, including laundry, sweeping, mopping, and stocking the breakfast area.
