Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor who is flexible and able to work both day/evening front desk shifts and overnight night audit shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service while ensuring accurate nightly financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries Answer phone calls and manage reservations Process payments and maintain accurate records Perform night audit duties including balancing daily transactions and reports Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight shifts Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred in Synix. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working overnight shifts for night audit Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
