Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally. Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations, and processing payments accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a proactive approach to resolve issues swiftly. Conduct night audits when required, reconciling daily transactions to ensure accuracy in financial records. Assist with guest relations by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring all guest needs are met during their stay. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services and resort operations. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when necessary, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
