Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. PBX agent is responsible for answering the phones, managing reservations and handling in-house calls. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. MUST be available for all different shifts and hotel experience Other responsibilities: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Works well independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Commitment to exceptional guest service Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel Working knowledge of computer and math skills. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
