Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations in a hotel environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, services, and hotel amenities. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
