Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent / Night Audit, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for excellence while providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering prompt assistance with reservations, directions, and hotel amenities while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all accounts are accurately balanced. Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety. Assist with reservation management through hospitality reservation systems, updating guest information, and managing room assignments efficiently. Support guest relations by providing personalized service, addressing concerns proactively, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele including resort guests and international visitors. Mandatory Friday and Saturday Night Audit (11pm - 7am) 2 or 3 days during the week on 2nd shift ( 3pm - 11pm) Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or equivalent platforms. Proven experience in front desk operations within hotels or resorts, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and security protocols to ensure guest safety during all shifts. Exceptional phone communication skills with a focus on multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience in night audit functions along with proficiency in hotel management software and guest services technology. $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
