We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. You will manage front desk operations, assist with guest inquiries, and contribute to a positive hotel experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with excellent communication skills. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone systems and in-person interactions. Assist guests with check-out procedures and ensure satisfaction with their stay. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Conduct night audits as necessary to reconcile daily transactions. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest relations. Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Requirements 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
