Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for all visitors, whether they are checking in, seeking assistance, or requiring information about our resort. Great Travel Benefits. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process. Manage reservations and provide information regarding room availability, rates, and amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using phone systems and hotel management software. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and resort services. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management practices is an asset. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest interactions. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
