Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a proactive attitude Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them appropriately Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings, and process cancellations as needed Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with guests and team members Support guest relations efforts by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality background highly valued Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Previous experience in night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating welcoming atmospheres where every guest feels valued!
