Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests and assign lanes, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with check-out procedures, including reviewing bills and collecting payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Fast pace, must be able to multitask and work under pressure

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and reservation management
• Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Ability to transcribe information accurately

18 and over and available nights and weekends
