Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign lanes, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with check-out procedures, including reviewing bills and collecting payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Fast pace, must be able to multitask and work under pressure
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and reservation management
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
