Job Overview We are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth hotel operations. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. No previous hotel experience is required—we provide paid training. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phones and assist with reservations Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Perform basic cash handling and end-of-shift balancing Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized Follow hotel policies and security procedures Current Availability We are currently hiring for:

Weekday Evening Shift:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-11:00

PM Weekend Overnight Shift:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 11:00 PM-8:00 AM Additional shifts may become available based on employee availability, vacations, and business needs.
