Job description Seeking Happy People!! Hotel Experience Required, Marriott Experience Preferred. Full Time Starting at $15.00 / hour Share Apply Starting at $15.00 per hour, negotiable for higher salary with experience in hotels. Front Desk Associates are responsible for managing and supporting the guest experience at the SpringHill Suites Dayton.

He / She

will be be an ambassador for the Brand, the Hotel, and the Management Company. Responsible for managing the hotel's guest experience from check in to check out. Front Desk Associates anticipate guest needs and prepares for guest satisfaction. Front Desk Associate must be a team player and work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Operations. Successful candidates will be friendly and available. The SpringHill Suites Dayton is under new ownership/management and we are building a new team with great customer service and positive energy! The Front Desk Associate must have the drive to teach and listen to guests and coworkers.
