This position plays an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and positive environment for our members while helping with the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable taking initiative, and takes pride in keeping the gym clean, organized, and running smoothly. As a Front Desk team member, you will be one of the first points of contact for members and guests and will help ensure everyone has a great experience at Endless Fitness.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist with questions. Assist members with general questions, requests, and concerns. Help prospective members learn about Endless Fitness memberships, services, and promotions. Assist with member check-ins and basic front desk operations. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and clutter-free. Maintain and restock towel stations throughout the day. Communicate important member or facility issues to management. Help create a welcoming, positive, and judgment-free environment for all members. Additional Responsibilities Assist with gym events, promotions, and member appreciation activities. Help distribute promotional materials and support marketing initiatives when needed. Follow Endless Fitness policies and procedures. Complete opening or closing duties as assigned. Work as part of a team to support the overall success and daily operations of the gym. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and approachable personality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable and punctual. Able to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable interacting with members and guests. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Basic computer and phone skills. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required. Must be willing to perform cleaning and facility maintenance duties as part of the position. Passion for fitness and creating a positive gym environment is a plus.
