Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to guests and staff. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience and resolve issues promptly. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services. Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. Experience in night audit processes is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
