Part-time Job Summary Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression. Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports. Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies. Assist with other front desk duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and telephone skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required.
