Front Desk Agent Cranberry, PA Best Western Plus is currently seeking full-time Front Desk Agents to service their Cranberry, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests. What We can offer

Pay:

$16 - $18/hour, offer dependent on experience The right candidate will have: Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting Must have flexible availability Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic Our Front Desk Agent will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume for consideration!
