Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage guest interactions, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting the overall success of our team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using efficient computer systems. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide excellent customer support. Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheets, and filing systems, ensuring all guest information is up-to-date. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills Skills Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and phone etiquette.
