Job Description

Job Summary The Tru by Hilton Garland is looking for a part time front desk agent to help us on the weekends (typical shift 3pm - 11pm). In this vital role, you will be the first person and the last person a guest sees at the hotel. Your energy and organizational skills will create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the front area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring excellent service delivery Requirements Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing outstanding customer service Previous Hilton experience is a huge plus (PEP) Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills will make a meaningful difference every day!
