This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out services Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gallery, lobby, and dining areas Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism Support housekeeping and maintenance coordination as needed Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Key Competencies Customer-focused mindset Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Attention to detail Team collaboration Time management and adaptability Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Frequent walking, bending, and reaching Work Environment This position operates in a fast-paced hotel environment with continuous guest interaction.
