Pampa Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Overnight shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Free room and board provided Aramark Nexus is hiring a Night Auditor / Guest Services Worker to join our team at the Caprock Workforce Community near Mobeetie, Texas. This is a full-time overnight hospitality position supporting guests who live and work at this large-scale workforce community. The Night Auditor / Guest Services Worker serves as a key point of contact during overnight hours and helps ensure guests receive responsive, professional service. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and registration, answering questions, responding to guest needs, and coordinating with other departments to resolve concerns. This opportunity is a strong fit for candidates with experience in guest services, hotel front desk operations, hospitality, customer service, overnight front desk, or night auditor positions . Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour . This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Free room and board is provided for this Caprock position.
Job Responsibilities Schedule:
Overnight shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs ? Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest. ? Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration ? Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions. ? Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed. ? Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. ? Coordinate resolution of guest concerns ? Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous guest services experience preferred Demonstrates excellent customer service skills Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
