What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first and last person our guests meet. Your warm personality and attention to detail will help make every stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Answer telephone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby. Follow hotel policies and procedures while providing exceptional guest service. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
