Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to bookings while promoting hotel amenities and services Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and personalized guest interactions to foster loyalty and positive reviews Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in resort or hotel settings is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
