The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures. Assist in managing guest relations to foster repeat business. Skills Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone. Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is preferred. Experience in hotel or front desk operations is advantageous. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on building rapport with guests. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
