Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering loyalty and positive reviews. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS). Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing hospitality reservation systems and ensuring seamless booking processes. Address guest concerns promptly, applying customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Uphold hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to guarantee guest security at all times. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and team collaboration.
