In this role, you will manage all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. Prior hotel experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests and provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in person Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel services Verify payment methods and process guest transactions securely Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest accounts Address guest questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and care Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet quality standards Assist with group bookings and accommodate special requests for events or VIP guests Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful upselling of amenities and services Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer-facing role preferred Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), such as PEP, is preferred Basic understanding of online travel platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor) Strong customer service mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented approach Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Degree in hospitality or hotel management is a plus, but not required
