Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hotel Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. Duties Lead and supervise the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance at all times Manage hotel reservations using property management systems Address guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including night audit responsibilities to reconcile daily financial transactions Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest comfort Implement hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle guest calls professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality over time Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting, Marriott experience highly valued Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Experience managing night audit processes and multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality best practices Previous resort experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across various hospitality settings Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued from check-in to check-out!
