SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be determined solely by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel. Assume responsibilities of other supervisors in their absence. Assist with personal/staffing issues and special projects. Due to the nature of the business, the incumbent may be required to do other duties as assigned by the Department Head.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
