Strong Google Workspace experience required (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic technology and connectivity issues. Smartphone required. Must remain available on the internal chat while on property with a maximum 5-minute response time . Different shifts. Could be 2 AM and 3 PM Key Responsibilities Supervise front desk and housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and daily performance. Handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, payments, guest issues, and security-deposit procedures. Inspect rooms before security deposits are returned. Build long-term occupancy, encourage direct renewals, and reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms. Ensure discounts are approved and properly documented. Troubleshoot basic office/property technology, including Wi-Fi connections, computers, printers, TVs, and other equipment; coordinate vendors when needed. Assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations (could be any Management level request)
